Dr. Jadyn Crooch, PT is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health, with a mission to provide beautiful and accessible evidence-based care that empowers women to live wonder lives. After managing in a hospital system for 5 years I see the need for accessible care for patients without the barriers of a large complex medical system.
In addition to clinical practice, I have a passion for teaching. I share my pursuit of wellness with collegiate students teaching Bachelor’s of Science courses including Nutrition and Human Anatomy.
In addition I am an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, and serve a the Oklahoma State Representative to push our profession forward with women’s health initiatives.
I am specialized in treating pelvic pain, incontinence, pre- and postnatal care, post surgical cases, menopause related musculoskeletal disorders and core dysfunction. In addition, I treat all other musculoskeletal conditions.
